Goat with Artichokes


1 kilo of goat from Skopelos
12 medium-sized artichokes
1 bunch of fresh onions
1 bunch of dill
1 box. Of concentrated tomato juice
2 fresh tomatoes


Cut the goat into portions and sizzle them in olive oil. Add the onion and fresh chopped dill and the concentrated tomato juice and fresh tomatoes into cubes.After boiling add the appropriate amount of water and towards the end the purified artichokes. Continue cooking. Salt and pepper them in the end.
