18 small artichokes (very tender )
4 cups of water
half a cup of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of thick salt
half a cup of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, cut into very thin slices
1 red hot small dried pepper
a little parsley, dill
Clean the artichokes well, leaving only the very tender leaves of the heart. Rub them well with the lemons.
Boil water with the lemon juice and the thick salt, place the artichokes in the casserole and boil for 10 minutes until they are slightly crisp but not to be completely cooked.
Strain the artichokes and dry them by using kitchen paper and then allow them to cool. After that we place them in a bowl.
Place oil in the frying pan, add the garlic, then the hot pepper and the oregano. Sizzle carefully not to burn the garlic because it will smell bad.
Dress the artichokes with the aromatic oil, add plenty of chopped parsley and the dill , cover the bowl with foil and let it marinate for one night at least.
Serve the spicy artichokes as a salad by placing them in a beautiful bowl.
