500 gr. of ligkouinia or spaghetti
3 tablespoons of olive oil
10 fresh onions thinly sliced (white part only)
1 cube of beef broth
2 medium-sized tomatoes (About 200 gr. each) cut into thin slices
200 gr. Of artichokes from a jar of vinegar and oil, drained and chopped
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of white pepper
1. In a large frying pan sizzle the onions in oil along with the broth cube in medium heat until they start browning. We add the tomatoes and the artichokes stirring them and brewing them for 5 minutes. We then add the garlic powder and the white pepper and brew them for another 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile we boil and strain the pasta.
3. Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve.
