For 6 persons 12 medium-sized artichokes ½ kilo of minced meat
150gram of soft butter
1 box of fresh oregano
A little parsley
1 laurel leaf
2 boxes of sweet cinnamon
1 clove of garlic
2 medium-sized lemons
2 onions slightly-chopped
3 cups of tea besamel dressing
salt - pepper
2 tomatoes mediumly-chopped |

Clean the artichokes one by one as follows: Remove the hard stem and leaves of each artichoke, cut the hard edges of the leaves and remove the fuzz from the middle pile. Place them in a basin of water with 2 lemon juices to prevent them from browning.

Continue by putting them in a pot and boil the water for 15 minutes.

Then prepare the meat as follows:
Put the soft butter in a casserole and let it burn.Fry the onion and add the minced meat, the laurel, the parsley, the garlic, the tomatoes, the oregano, the cinnamon, salt - pepper and leave them to cook at a low temperature for 30-35 minutes.

Finally, fill the artichokes with the mixture and cover it with the firm besamel dressing and cook for 20 minutes at a moderate temperature in the oven.
