Artichokes with peas
6 persons 6 medium-size artichokes ½ kilo of peas
250 grams of fresh onions
1 small packet of chopped dill
200 grams of soft butter
1 lemon juice
Clean the artichokes one by one as follows:
Remove the hard stem and leaves of each artichoke.Cut the rough ends of the leaves, remove the fuzz from the internal, then cut it in four and place it in a basin with water and lemon juice to prevent it from browning.
Place the chopped onions so that they can dry in a casserole with soft butter for 5 minutes.Then add peas, artichokes, the dill, the appropriate amount of water,salt and pepper them and boil them at a moderate temperature for 20-25 minutes.
