Beef with artichokes (six portions)


-1 Kilo of beef, rump preferably without visible fat, cut into cubes
-Artichoke hearts, frozen or fresh
-2 Tablespoons of olive oil
-2 melted cloves of garlic
-500 gr. of fresh or canned tomatoes, peeled and chopped
-Half a cup of dry red wine
-1 / 4 teaspoon of fresh oregano
- Salt and pepper;


In a flat casserole sizzle the garlic with the oil. Remove the garlic, put the meat and bake. Add tomatoes, wine, the oregano, the salt and pepper and, in the end, the artichokes. Cook for 80-90 minutes.
