1 box of 800gr. canned mushrooms
1 box of 400gr. Canned artichokees
2 tablespoons vinegar
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of grated garlic
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Salt and freshly cut pepper |

Wringer mushrooms and artichokees and rinse them with water. Leave in a colander ,to be drainaged very well. Mix oil and vinegar. Rub garlic inside, add the parsley, salt and pepper.
