Broad beans and artichokes

1 kg of fresh broad beans
6 artichokes
1 cup of oil
8 fresh chopped onions
cup chopped dill
Salt - pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Remove the threads from the beans and cut them in half. If they are too ripe, remove and discard the peeling. Wash and then wringer them.Clean the internal part of the artichokes until they have the shape of a mug, cutting and removing all the leaves and the fuzz from the center. Put the oil in a casserole and fry at a high temperature,let it burn,then add the onions and sizzle them. Add the broad beans, artichokes, the dill, salt, pepper and 1 cup of hot water. Cover and boil slowly until they are only left with their oil.Remove them from the oven and dress them with lemon juice.Shake the pot so that it is spreaded everywhere.Serve them with cheese,feta cheese and a salad with fresh vegetables. Either hot or cold they are both tasty.In the same way cook bluntly beans.
Alternatively add the food, along with the other materials, a ripe tomato finely chopped.
