Carnival parade in Tinos Island

The first carnival parade was held in Tinos in 22/4/04 organised by the two municipalities of the island. Children of all ages participated in this parade wearing costumes of doctors, animals, colours, brides and bridegroom etc.
The parade had been divided into two sections. At the first one, the participants walked across the down town of Tinos, dancing the rhythms of the Carnival. At the last but not least part, the crowd had the opportunity to enjoy a concert by the local musical group ORANTZ.
Everyone enjoyed this event and had a pleasant time till the afternoon.
