110 calories per portion
4 portions
8 tender medium-sized artichokes
300 gr. of canned tuna in water
200 gr. of cream cheese
1 egg
2 tablespoons of olive oil soup
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped fennel
a little butter
1 clove of finely chopped garlic
3 tablespoons of grated cheese
1 tea cup of vegetable or meat broth lemon juice made from two lemons salt, pepper

Clean the artichokes in the usual way and boil them in salted water for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl place the drained tuna, add all the ingredients: cheese, egg slightly mixed, garlic, aromatic herbs, salt and pepper. Mix them together very well.
We open the artichokes carefully removing perhaps some leaves and filling them with the mixture. We then place the artichokes in a wide saucepan, dress them with the lemon juice from one of the 2 lemons (the other is used in the cleaning of the artichoke), add the meat or vegetable broth and boil the food at a medium heat with the pot covered. It will take approximately 15 minutes.
Our food is served hot powdered with plenty of chopped fennel.
