Salad with Artichokes

 

Ingredients

  • 400 gr. of artichoke hearts

  • 120 gr. of small white mushrooms

  • Dressing:

    • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

    • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

    • 1 / 2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

    • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

    • Salt

    • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Boil the artichokes and cut them in four.

  2. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and mix them in a Salad Bowl with artichokes.

  3. We then add the ingredients for the dressing in a blender and mix them, dress our salad and serve immediately.
