Artichokes Pie

Ingredients for 6-8 people 15 artichokes
juice of 3 lemons
230gr. of chopped bacon
3 cups of grated Kefalograviera cheese
2 eggs
a dose of home sheet pie sheet or 500g.of pie foliage
salt - pepper

  1. Clean the artichokes and dress them with the the lemon juice

  2. Boil them to soften without melting, then strain them and cut them into small slices and place them in a bowl and add salt and pepper.

  3. Sizzle the bacon in a small anti-stickable frying pan for 7 minutes stirring it.

  4. Allow it to cool off slightly.

  5. To the artichokes add the mixed eggs, the cheese, the bacon and stir them all together.

  6. In a fireproof dish, 25 times 25 centimeters spread the pie sheet ,add the filling and lay.

  7. Cover with another pie sheet.

  8. Powder them with milk or egg.

  9. Engrave radiantly in portions.

  10. Bake in a pre-warmed oven for 30 minutes, until the sheet starts browning.

  11. Serve the pie warm.
