Artichokees marinated with mushrooms

6-8 portions
Preparation time 12 hours

1 box of 800gr. canned mushrooms
1 box of 400gr. Canned artichokees
2 tablespoons vinegar
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of grated garlic
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Salt and freshly cut pepper

  1. Wringer mushrooms and artichokees and rinse them with water. Leave in a colander ,to be drainaged very well. Mix oil and vinegar. Rub garlic inside, add the parsley, salt and pepper.

  2. Ρίξτε τα μανιτάρια και τα αγκιναράκια κι αφήστε να μείνουν στη μαρινάτα αρκετές ώρες. Put the mushrooms and the artichokees and leave them marinated for several hours.

  3. Prepare them best from the previous day.
