Peas with artichokes and louza

For 3-4 people we need a pound of peas (usually frozen), the corresponding quantity of artichokes, onion (chopped thinly), two carrots (cut into rings), louza , oil (3-4 tablespoons), 2 lemons, salt, pepper , 3-4 potatoes and (optional) dill.

In a skillet place the chopped onion with a little water. Once the water boils, add the oil and the slices of louza. After being sizzled, add a glass of hot water and the lemon juice and then in order, the carrots, the potatoes, the peas , the salt and the pepper. Mix them and place the artichokes over them - make sure to have water in the pot but not covering the artichokes. Close the pot and let it boil for 15-20 ' (of course from the time that it will whistle and turn down the intensity of the outbreak).
Serve. (louza is prosouto made from the people of tinos)
