Stuffed artichokes

6 portions
1 hour preparation time
Cooking Time 45 minutes a dose of tomato sauce with minced meat
1 egg slightly stirred
12 fresh or frozen artichokes
1/3 cup of butter or margarine
1 cup of lemon juice
1 cup of firm besamel dressing
3 tablespoons of milk cream
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare the tomato sauce with the minced meat.Add the egg and stir it.If you are going to use fresh artichokes ,clean them in a way that they stay in the shape of a mug, cutting and removing all the leaves and fuzz from the center.Put the butter in a saucepan and fry it at a high temperature ,let it burn and then sizzle the artichokes on both sides, until they are left with the butter only.Dressen them with the lemon juice and remove the saucepan from the oven.Allow them to cool slightly and place them next to each other into a small pan or a Pyrex dish.Dressen them with their juice from the saucepan.Insert a spoonful of filling in each one and powder them with the grated parmesan cheese.Cover the artichokes with the besamel dressing by spreading it on their surface.Powder them again with a little Parmesan and roast them in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until the surfaces turn light brown.Serve them warm with a salad made from fresh vegetables.
