Artichokes with prawns

6 persons 6 Artichokes
4 Lemons
400grams of Courgettes
1kilo of Shrimp
1 Cup of ALTIS oil
8 chopped Spring onions
1 tablespoon of chopped dill
Salt and pepper

  1. Clean the artichokes and trim the lemons. Cut the courgettes into long and thin slices. Clean the shrimp. Leave them all on the side in one place.

  2. Put the onions in a saucepan with the dill and sizzle them with the ALTIS oil except for 2 tablespoons that must be kept for the shrimp.. Add 1 cup of water and once the mixture boils put the artichokes in the pot.Leave the artichokes to boil for 20 minutes and then add the courgettes.Leave the food to cook for 15 minutes and meanwhile in another pot sizzle the shrimp with the olive oil kept. Add the shrimp to the pan with artichokes, leave the food cooking for 5 to 6 more minutes and serve immediately.
